We envision Civil Engineers advancing in k knowledge, competence and character; locally as well as globally recognized and respected; and sig nificant contributors to the progress and development to the city of Davao, Mindanao, and the Philippines.

 

 

 

 

Mission
​

SEAD is an organization of professional registered Civil Engineers that will be:
​

1. Advancing in knowledge and competence in the fields of Civil Engineering: Primarily, Structural, then Geotechnical, Construction Management, Water Resources, and Transportation,
2. Sharing and propagating the knowledge to as many  Filipino civil engineers but not excluding other nationalities, regardless of religious  beliefs, organizational or political persuasions,
3. Advocate the ethical and professional practices in engineering, especially those that affect  the welfare of the public,
4. Lending expertise and competence to institutions, such as the local policy makers, the local executive body, and the academe, among others, In doing so, we will be significantly contributing to the sure progress and development of our cities, and provinces, in particular, and eventually the nation in general.
